“The Top Tier Group was terrific in their sales pitch, promises were made and throughout the process, promises were kept. Service was exceptional. (Posted for my parents, Conrad and Carol F) As their daughter, I’d add it was a huge help to have Top Tier relocate my downsizing parents so perfectly. Compassion, attention to detail, respecting requests and timelines, were huge stress relievers for our entire family. Highly recommend!!” - Beth N

“Working with the team at Top Tier was so easy! My siblings and I were pretty overwhelmed clearing out my mom’s house after she moved to Assisted Living. Nicole and Julie were great, explaining the process. The quote was easy to understand. Our lead coordinator Allison was super responsive to all our requests. She pulled aside items she thought we might want, found things we were looking for, and pulled things out of the sale when one of us said “oh I actually want that.” I highly recommend Top Tier to anyone helping their loved one move or downsize." - Lisa M

“We hired Top Tier to help my mom pack and downsize for a move from a large condo to an apartment in a senior living facility. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, very easy to communicate with and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the whole moving process. We already have a couple of people in mind to refer to them in the near future. I am so glad a company like this exists!” - Joe C
